Emily R. Cassavaugh

Emily graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis in Legal Studies, and earned her Paralegal Certificate concurrently. She joined Craig Ritchie’s team in 2026 and brings over two years of experience in Elder Law. Emily is responsible for all estate planning documents and client matters and also assists with family law cases.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and making the most of summer days on the lake.
